the service

tjub connects users for random video, text, and voice conversations:

• random video chat: live video with randomly matched users.
• random text chat: text-based conversations with random users.
• random voice chat: audio-only conversations with random users.

prohibited content

• nudity, sexual content, or sexual acts.
• sexually explicit material.
• content involving minors in any inappropriate context.
• violent, graphic, or disturbing content.
• content promoting self-harm or suicide.

prohibited behavior

• harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation.
• hate speech or discrimination.
• impersonation.
• collecting personal information from other users.
• spam, advertising, or promotion.
• illegal activities.

technical violations

• bots, scripts, or automated access methods.
• circumventing security measures or bans.
• interfering with or disrupting the service.
• using vpns or proxies to evade restrictions.

moderation

• content may be analyzed by ai moderation systems.
• flagged content may be reviewed by human moderators.
• we may take immediate action on clear violations.

enforcement

violations may result in:

• warning: for minor or first-time violations.
• temporary ban: account suspension for a specified period.
• permanent ban: permanent removal from the platform.
• legal action: reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.

disclaimers

• the service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• we are not responsible for other users' conduct.
• we do not verify user identities beyond age verification.
• interactions with other users are at your own risk.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, tjub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

subscriptions and in-app purchases

tjub+ subscription

tjub offers an optional premium subscription called "tjub+" with enhanced features:

• unlimited matches: no daily connection limits.
• gender filter: choose who you want to match with.
• priority queue: get matched faster.
• tjub+ badge: show your premium status.

pricing and billing

• tjub+ is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
• tjub+ costs €7.99 per month.
• payment is charged to your apple id account at confirmation of purchase.
• subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

managing your subscription

• you can manage or cancel your subscription in your apple id account settings.
• any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

refunds

refunds are handled by apple in accordance with their refund policy. to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

termination

• you may terminate your account at any time via app settings.
• we may terminate your account at any time for any reason.
• upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
• termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.
