by accessing or using tjub, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. if you do not agree, you may not use the service.

we may modify these terms at any time. continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

eligibility

to use tjub, you must:

• be at least 13 years old. users under 13 are not permitted to use the service.
• be legally able to enter into a binding contract (or have parental consent).
• not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws.
• not have been previously banned from tjub.

account

• provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• you are responsible for all activities under your account.
• one account per person. multiple accounts are prohibited.

the service

tjub is a private photo and video sharing app for friends:

• create groups: make private groups for your friend circles.
• share moments: capture and share photos and videos with your groups.
• react together: respond to posts with emoji reactions.
• invite friends: grow your groups by inviting friends via link.

your content

• you are responsible for the content you share.
• you must have the right to share any content you post.
• content is only visible to members of the groups you share it with.
• you can delete your content at any time.

prohibited content

• nudity, sexual content, or sexually explicit material.
• content involving minors in any inappropriate context.
• violent, graphic, or disturbing content.
• content promoting self-harm or suicide.
• illegal content or content promoting illegal activities.
• copyrighted material you don't have rights to share.

prohibited behavior

• harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation.
• hate speech or discrimination.
• impersonation of others.
• sharing others' personal information without consent.
• spam or advertising.
• sharing content from private groups without permission.

groups

• group admins: the creator of a group is automatically an admin.
• admin responsibilities: admins can add/remove members, manage group settings, and delete the group.
• member removal: admins may remove members who violate group rules or these terms.
• leaving groups: you can leave any group at any time.

enforcement

violations may result in:

• content removal: removal of content that violates these terms.
• warning: for minor or first-time violations.
• temporary ban: account suspension for a specified period.
• permanent ban: permanent removal from the platform.
• legal action: reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.

intellectual property

• tjub and its logo are trademarks of tjub.
• you may not use our trademarks without permission.
• the app design and features are our intellectual property.

disclaimers

• the service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• we are not responsible for content shared by users.
• we do not guarantee the app will always be available.
• interactions with other users are at your own discretion.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, tjub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

subscriptions

tjub+ is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks enhanced features.

• features: unlimited groups, longer videos (up to 5 minutes), unlimited storage, and a tjub+ badge.
• price: $2.99 per month (prices may vary by region and are shown in the app store).
• billing: payment is charged to your apple id account at confirmation of purchase.
• auto-renewal: renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• renewal charge: your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• manage or cancel: in apple id account settings.
• cancellation: takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

termination

• you may delete your account at any time via app settings.
• we may terminate your account for violations of these terms.
• upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
• your content in groups may remain visible to other members after you leave.

changes to the service

we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. we will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the netherlands. any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the netherlands.
