To start a video chat, simply download our iOS app, allow camera and microphone permissions, select your preferences (text or video, gender preference), and tap "Start Connecting." You'll be matched with someone instantly!
Why can't I connect to other users? +
Connection issues are usually related to internet connectivity or app permissions. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, have granted camera/microphone permissions, and are using the latest version of the app.
How do I report inappropriate behavior? +
You can report users by tapping the "Report" button during or after a chat. Our safety team reviews all reports within minutes. You can also email [email protected] for urgent matters.
Is Tjub available on Android? +
Currently, Tjub is available as a native iOS app. We're working on an Android version and expect to launch it soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I add friends on Tjub? +
Yes! If you have a great conversation with someone, you can send them a friend request. Friends can chat again later and see when each other are online.
